Orders

Orders become binding as soon as we have accepted them, subject to the following cancellation rights: Orders can cancelled at anytime before you have received the goods you have ordered. If the goods have been despatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon receipt.

Prices

All prices are in sterling £ and are including VAT (please note: This only applies to products purchased from the Market Place. All prices shown in the Chiropody Online Shop are exclusive of VAT). Trycare Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without warning in circumstances beyond our control.
All goods remain the property of Trycare Ltd until paid for in full.

Carriage & Delivery

A carriage charge of £3.95 will be added to all orders under £50. All non United Kingdom mainland and Scottish Highland orders will be subjected to carriage charges. Equipment orders may be subject to an additional carriage charge
Delivery times and dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within stated dates or soon afterwards.
Damaged or short deliveries must be notified within three days of receipt.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Trycare Ltd will do there utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated dates, but will not be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond their control.

Returns

Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if returned in original condition within one week and returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
All special order items are non-returnable.

Instruments must be autoclaved prior to return and be accompanied with a letter confirming this has been done.
The above refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Payments

Payment will be taken at the time of order via credit/debit card unless you are already a Trycare account holder.
Trycare account holders: Payment is required within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to observe this may result in additional charges and withdrawl of credit facilities.
Payment can be made over the phone by credit/debit card or by cheque through the post. Please make all cheques payable to Trycare Ltd, and post to Trycare Ltd, Rialto Buildings, Station Road, Clayton, Bradford, BD14 6JA. We also accept BACs payments direct to our bank account, details on request.

Miscellaneous

Every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples displayed on our website. However, Trycare reserves the right to make alterations, improvements or to discontinue products featured on the website.
If you have any queries or complaints about our goods, or these Terms and Conditions, please contact us immediately. The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be held in the courts of England and Wales.
