Terms & Conditions

You may cancel your AiS registration by notifying our registration department. Send an email to info@augmabio.com by June 26, 2024. Once your email is confirmed Your registration cost will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations between June 26th – July 26th will receive a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after July 26th will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exceptions to this policy.

Transfer: Transferring registration to another person in your company or organization is not allowed unless specific written permission has been granted by conference organisers. Reselling AIS registration is not permitted.

Augma reserves the right to cancel all or part of the symposium should circumstances warrant such action. In the event of full cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Augma will not be responsible for any other damages. Early bird offer ends 19th April 2024.
