Delivery Times ↓
We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday - Friday before 4:00 pm on the same day. Orders placed Monday - Thursday after 4:00 pm may be dispatched the same day or the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We normally dispatch goods by First Class post or other courier service.

Damaged goods during transit or short deliveries must be reported immediately. Trycare does not accept responsibility for damaged or short deliveries unless notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving the delivery.
Delivery Charges ↓
All orders will be subject to the following carriage charges, plus VAT. Under certain circumstances, a handling charge may be applied for special deliveries or large palletised orders.

Pharmaceutical Deliveries ↓
Due to the current regulatory and licensing framework, pharmaceutical and anaesthetic deliveries are classed as temperature sensitive. Any order which includes pharmaceutical or anaesthetic products will only be dispatched using a service where Trycare can monitor conditions.
Temperature monitoring is limited to the UK mainland – pharmaceuticals cannot be supplied outside the mainland.
Temperature sensitive deliveries will only be dispatched Monday to Thursday. Any order which includes pharmaceuticals or anaesthetics received after 4:00 pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the first business day following the weekend.
Should weather forecasts indicate extremes of temperature, dispatch of temperature sensitive items will be suspended until conditions allow.
