We are based across two sites in the North of England. Our head office and customer services are in the heart of West Yorkshire in Clayton, and an additional customer services team is in Leigh, Lancashire.

What are your opening hours?

Our Customer Services Team are available Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, except UK Bank Holidays.

Our Accounts Team are available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, except UK Bank Holidays.

Our website is available 24/7, 365 days a year for any orders.

How do I register for an online account?

Welcome to the Trycare website!

EXISTING CUSTOMER (no online account)
If you already have an account that you use to place orders over the phone, you can request that we activate your account to unlock the full online shopping experience - activate my online account.

NEW CUSTOMER (no offline or online account)
If you've never shopped with Trycare before... welcome! You can start your Trycare shopping journey by registering for a new account - create an account.

I can't remember my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address.

1. On the login screen, click 'Forgotten password?'
2. Enter the email address associated with your Trycare account.
3. Read the on-screen instructions and click 'Submit'.
4. A link will be sent to your email address to reset your password.

Important: If you do not receive the reset email, please check your Junk or Spam folders. If found, move the email into your Inbox, and then click the link within the email to reset your password. Do not copy and paste the link into your browser; unfortunately, this will not work.

I've forgotten my email address?

If you have an online account but you've forgotten your email address, or are still unable to login in after resetting your password, please contact our Customer Services Team: contact us.

Can I change my contact details?

Due to restrictions, certain details relating to professional accounts must be checked and approved before they can be changed. Please contact us to amend your details. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ordering

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

A printed VAT invoice will be included in the parcel with your item(s) for all orders placed. You are also able to download your copy invoices by logging in to your online account and visiting the 'My Account' page.

How do I change my order?

If you have ordered something in error or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, with your Order Number, Trycare Account Reference, and/or postcode.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

In the unfortunate situation that you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to stop it. Orders move rapidly through our warehouse system, so sometimes it's too late. If this is the case, you may have to wait until the order has been delivered to make arrangements to return the order. See our Returns Policy for more details.

What if I’m not there when my delivery arrives?

The couriers will leave a card to tell you that they have attempted a delivery. Alternatively, depending on the contents of your order, we can add a note on your account to dedicate a ‘Safe Place’ to leave your parcel, although most deliveries require a signature from someone at the delivery address.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, of course. Our online payment options are simple and secure. We accept the following cards when making a payment online or over the phone:

  • AMEX (American Express)

Can pay on account?

As well as paying by credit card, you can also choose to pay 'On Account'.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. You can pay your credit account balance using the following methods:

PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT
We accept payments by Direct Debit, the most efficient and safest way to pay. Contact our Accounts Team with your name, address, bank account number, sort code, and the name on the bank account, to set up your recurring payments.

PAY BY ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER
To pay your invoice by BACS, please send your payment using the bank details below and include your Trycare account code as the payment reference. Your account code can be found in your 'Account Overview'.
