Solid Heel Bed for reliable support. An orthotic insert that holds and lifts the strained heel relieving the archilles tendon. Can be used in one shoe to compensate for uneven leg length and as a heel lift to prevent rubbing against the shoe. Genuine leather absorbs moisture. Self adhesive.
