Each Elite wedge pack contains: 1 pair of 2°, 4° & 6° medial rear foot posts high density EVA, 1 pair of high density EVA elevators, 1 pair of A30 poron heel pads, 1 pair of lateral 5-2 fore foot wedges, Replacement pair of self adhesive poron heel pads, Replacement pair of self adhesive poron medial forefoot pads.
