Returns Policy

How to make a return

All unwanted goods must be returned to Trycare along with a completed Returns Form. The goods must be in unused condition and returned within 30 days of the original date of invoice. Returned goods must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging and protected with additional outer wrapping, i.e. poly bag, padded envelope or box, to ensure the item remains in a resaleable condition.

  • Goods returned for credit or exchange will not be accepted without prior agreement.
  • Goods returned due to no fault of Trycare may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • If requested, Trycare will arrange a FedEx collection at a charge of £6.00 +VAT.
  • Special order items, which are not regularly stocked products, cannot be returned if supplied correctly.
  • Defects relating to damaged or faulty items must be stated on the Returns Form before repair, replacement or refund of the item.

Please ensure all contaminated items are sterilised before returning. Handpieces and failed implants must be sterilised and returned in a sterilisation pouch. It is illegal to send contaminated items via a courier or through the postal system. A declaration of sterilisation must be provided by filling in the 'Contaminated Goods' section of the Returns Form. Trycare reserves the right to refuse to handle any items that do not have a completed and signed declaration of sterilisation.
