Flexitol Heel Balm softens hard and dry skin which helps to soothe tender feet. It contains fast acting ingredients to provide effective relief. Flexitol contains a blend of 25% urea with emollient and occlusive properties. Urea is a substance that is found naturally in the skin, which by its nature is very attracted to water. Not tested on animals. This product is suitable for diabetics.
