BioMin UK Launch Success

It’s been smiles all round since the introduction of BioMinF toothpaste to the UK consumer & professional markets

BioMinF puts back the lost minerals from tooth enamel and helps prevent decay and treats sensitivity.

Thousands of tubes of the toothpaste were sold within a few weeks of launching the product in the UK and the feedback received from customers has been “overwhelmingly positive”, says Richard Whatley, CEO of Biomin Technologies Ltd.

"The potential of this toothpaste is massive"

He added “Tooth decay and sensitivity is estimated to affect 13.5million people in the UK alone so although we believed BioMin had fantastic potential, we didn’t have any real idea of the level of interest to expect from the profession and general public. We are absolutely delighted with the response and sales we’ve received so far. Trycare are now in the second phase of their campaign to get the product into the thousands of dental practices that they supply. We are confident that they’ll continue to build awareness and sales”.

Trycare CEO and founder, Phil Mathers, has personally spear-headed the campaign of launching Biomin. “It’s not very often that a product with such clearly defined benefits as Biomin comes along so I was very excited about taking it on and getting it into the UK marketplace. By providing a new tooth repair technology which will bring relief to the millions of adults and children around the world who are prone to tooth decay and sensitivity, the potential of this toothpaste is massive.

“We initially tested the consumer market via our DentalShop website and my team are busy meeting with our existing dental practice customers. I’m confident that this product will soon gain national traction and become a major brand in the oral healthcare market.

BioMin’s patented bioactive glass adheres to tooth surfaces and slowly dissolves releasing Calcium, Phosphate and Fluoride to form a protective fluorapatite layer. This surface effect helps provide a resistant barrier to attack from acidic soft drinks and foods.
