Field Service Engineer – Dental Equipment

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in dental equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of dental equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers and delivering service to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair dental equipment, including chairs, suction units, compressors, X-ray machines, and sterilisation equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment performance and longevity.
- Accurately complete service reports, asset registers, and compliance documentation.
- Manage parts, van stock, and tools effectively to support efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.
- Work closely with the service team and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a field service engineer within the dental or wider medical equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of dental equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving license.
