Hibiwash® helps in preventing infections, maintaining skin integrity, and saving time before performing surgical procedures. It serves as an effective antimicrobial skin cleanser for pre-operative surgical hand disinfection, antiseptic hand washing on the ward, and pre- and post-operative skin antisepsis for patients undergoing elective surgery, eliminating a vast number of microorganisms.
Hibiwash contains 4% Chlorhexidine Gluconate, offering broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity . It is also dermatologically tested and enriched with emollients, ensuring hands are protected and moisturised, even with frequent use.
Hibiwash is not absorbed into the skin but binds to it to form a protective layer that removes and kills microorganisms, and continues to do so for a long period of time after application. nlike povidone iodine, Hibiwash is not inactivated by bodily fluids.
