• Five operation modes can be preset, and the mode can be freely selected according to the thickness of the membrane for operation. Avoid repeated operations.
• Heating time, vacuum pumping time, and vacuum pumping power can be freely adjusted according to the thickness and material of the mold used by you.

How it works:
Place your chosen sheet, round or square, into the forming area of the Ortho-Care Vac 1.
Activate the infrared heating element to preheat the sheet. The fast and even heating improves efficiency, ensuring the material reaches the optimal temperature quickly.
Once the sheet is ready, initiate the vacuum forming process. The Ortho-Care Vac 1's powerful vacuum system precisely molds the material around your dental model.

Heating time, vacuum pumping time, and vacuum pumping power can be freely adjusted.
