Derma supports revascularisation and fast soft tissue integration, enabling the regeneration of soft tissue and eliminating the need for palatal harvesting of patients' own connective tissue. Strong consistency and resistance allows a perfect stabilisation and protection of graft in large regeneration procedures, together with a strong barrier action to guide the growth of epithelium and preventing its invagination.
